Every member of our light gauge steel resource center has been thoroughly trained by Alpine Engineered Products, Inc., a national wood truss engineering and software innovator that also provides our company with proprietary components and raw materials used to fabricate light gauge steel trusses.

Chief Executive Officer & President

A certified master light gauge steel truss designer with Arizona residential and commercial general contracting licenses, Mark Salustro is the founder of Structure Technologies, Inc. Salustro's expertise stems from 20 years as a wood and steel framing contractor in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Arizona. His extensive experience includes innovative truss design and framing for numerous impressive residential, commercial and municipal projects. His talents include developing light gauge steel framing details that often are used and referenced by Alpine Engineered Products, Inc. Salustro, an involved community leader, is the expert on technical truss design details.

Hope Maley
Project Manager

Hope Maley has been a Structure Technologies' project manager since 2002. A truss design expert, Maley was trained as a truss designer by Alpine Engineered Products. Maley couples her industry expertise with a customer service-oriented approach to project management.

Production Manager

Juan Sanchez, Structure Technologies' production manager since 2001, can answer your questions about light gauges steel fabrication. He has managed the company's truss fabrication facility at South Mountain in Phoenix since joining the resource center.

Si Xaysavat Inthanan is the company's truss designer. Prior to joining Structure Technologies, Inthanan, who was trained in truss design by Alpine Engineered Products, Inc., served as Colony Metal's architect of metal system design.
